Returns + Exchanges

We're sorry to hear your purchase didn't work out as expected. Products in new and unused condition are eligible for return, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. To begin a return or exchange, visit our Returns Center to get your Return Authorization Form.

  • Once your return is approved you will receive a shipping label via email.
  • Your package can be dropped off at USPS within 14 days from creating your label.
  • Returns are subject to a $10.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived for domestic exchanges or returns for store credit. 
  • If you would prefer to use your own shipping label, please address the package to Jack and Mulligan at 35 Brookville Road Glen Head, NY 11545.

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders typically ship within one business day from when they are received. Our standard shipping option is UPS ground. We also offer 2nd day or overnight shipping. 

We recommend cleaning canvas and nylon with soap, cold water, and a damp cloth, for spot stains or small touch-ups. For a deeper clean, you can bring your bag to a local dry cleaner. Leather can be cleaned with a simple saddle soap, and moisturized from time to time to keep it from drying. 

We take pride in the quality and durability of our products. We offer a reasonable warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damage from improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Once we receive your return, we will send an email confirmation and refund the order value to your original payment method. Refund timelines vary depending on your payment provider. If more than eight banking days have passed since receiving the email confirmation, please contact us at hi@jackandmulligan.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
