Orders typically ship within one business day from when they are received. Our standard shipping option is UPS ground. We also offer 2nd day or overnight shipping.
We recommend cleaning canvas and nylon with soap, cold water, and a damp cloth, for spot stains or small touch-ups. For a deeper clean, you can bring your bag to a local dry cleaner. Leather can be cleaned with a simple saddle soap, and moisturized from time to time to keep it from drying.
We take pride in the quality and durability of our products. We offer a reasonable warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damage from improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
