How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship in 1 business day from when they are received. Our standard shipping option is UPS ground. We also offer 2nd day or overnight shipping.
We are shipping masks as quickly as we can with priority given to first responders, health care workers and government agencies. After them expedited shipping requests are filled, then standard shipping. It could take up to 5 days for standard.
What is your return policy?
We are not allowed to accept any returns on masks. All other products:

How should I clean my bag?
We recommend cleaning canvas and nylon with soap, cold water, and a damp cloth, for spot stains or small touch-ups. For a deeper clean, you can bring your bag to a local dry cleaner. Leather can be cleaned with a simple saddle soap, and moisturized from time to time to keep it from drying.
Do your bags have a warranty?
We stand behind the quality and durability on all of our products. We offer a reasonable warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or otherwise normal wear and tear.
Where are your products made?
All of our bags are made in the US.
