RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return / exchange policy?

We offer simple and easy returns / exchanges within 45 days of purchase. Returned items must be received in their original condition and include a copy of the order receipt. We can provide you with a USPS return label to facilitate the return / exchange process. Orders returned with a label provided by JACK + MULLIGAN are subject to a processing and handling fee of $8 which will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived for domestic exchanges or returns for store credit. You can click here to start a return. WARRANTY

Do you have a warranty policy for your products? 

Yes, we seek to make products that will stand the test of time. All of our bags carry a lifetime guarantee. Should any issues ever arise with your JACK + MULLIGAN bag due to manufacturing fault, we will be happy to either repair or replace it.

Where are your products made?

All of our goods are handmade in the United States by highly skilled craftsmen. We believe this to be the most ethical and effective method to produce superior quality goods. By making our products right here we’re able to uphold the highest quality standards, while ensuring that the passionate craftsmen who make them are compensated fairly and our carbon footprint remains minimal.

 

Why does the leather on my bag or product look different from the picture online?

We source the best premium leathers for their durability, tactile feel, and aesthetic appeal. Each hide of leather is unique and can vary slightly in color and grain pattern, sometimes displaying natural imperfections or marks distinct to each skin.

CARE

What is the best way to care for my bag?

We use the highest quality materials available for their functionality, durability, and tactile qualities. We recommend hand washing all of our bags.
 
Canvas and Nylon
1. Wipe away debris with a soft brush or cotton cloth.
2. Mix about an ounce of a simple liquid soap with cold water.
3. Use a damp cloth with the cleaning solution to wipe away marks or stains.
4. Pat dry or air dry. 
Leather
1. Wipe away debris with a soft brush or cotton cloth.
2. Apply a leather cleaner and gently cover the surface area.
Zippers
If the zipper on your bag feels “sticky” try these methods to make it run more smoothly
1. Dip a Q-Tip in olive oil and run it along the teeth of the zipper.
2. Run a neutral colored wax candle or clear bar of soap along the teeth of the zipper.

SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

Domestic Orders
We over free shipping for domestic orders over $100. Domestic orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping option is UPS ground. You also have the option to upgrade to 2nd day or overnight shipping.
International Orders
We can ship to anywhere in the world via USPS priority international. International orders typically ship in 1-4 business days.
